Online discussion of the ideas from 'Nonviolent communication' by M. Rosenberg

Detalles
If you missed the last session but are still interested in learning something about Non-violent communication (based on the book of M. Rosenberg, especially on the chapters about non-violent self-talk and expressing gratitude), and have a chance to discuss it in English, worry no longer - I am hosting one more session next Sunday, on the 15th of December, at 12 pm Barcelona time (you need to enter the telegram chat to confirm your participation!).
IMPORTANT: you DON'T HAVE to read the book to join the session!! I'll have all the important points on the slides and you will be able to follow it easily (the presentation is in chat if you wanna check it beforehand) :) We already had two sessions devoted to this book and it proved to be very productive and insightful!
However, I'd definitely consider it an essential read for anyone who is interested in personal/ professional development and improving their communication skills.
Read more about the book here: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/25073935-nonviolent-communication
✅ It's important to join Telegram group, because all the details / additional info / shared documents are there:
