Parque Natural de Monte Aloia

Senderismo a Mirador de San Ciao Loop from Pazos de Reis. Intermediate level hike, suitable for all skill levels, good fitness required. Distance 10.2km, desnivel 390m, time 3hours 10mins plus stops.

The climb isn't too ardous, as we'll be taking a circular route before the final ascent. You'll need good shoes suitable for hiking, and may wish to use bastones on some parts. The vast majority is on natural surfaces. The temperature is likely to be in the mid-twenties, so bring plenty of water, and snacks. There is a restaurant/bar at the top where we can pause for rest and refreshments for a while before returning.

We'll start the hike at 11:00am. Members may wish to go directly to the start point for 11:00am, or those in Vigo needing a lift meet at Guixar station at 10:15am. Please state if you can offer a lift (€5 to the driver towards petrol). Return to the start point will be at around 15:00; return to Vigo at aroundd 15:30.
