  • Description of hike
  • If you fancy a nice hike through the vineyards in Vilafranca ending in the Torres Bodega, then this is for you!! This hike will take in lots of interesting places along the way, such as the Ermita de Sant Pau with its six hundred years of history, nestled into the mountain of Sant Pau, one of the oldest places in Vilafranca. We'll also pass the captivating Torre de les Aigues, dating back to 1923 and visit the old part of 'Pacs del Penedes', Plaza Major with it's medieval origin. Pacs de Penedes is just outside of Vilafranca and is known for its vineyards. We'll also see the beautiful churches of Sant Genis and the Ermita de Santa Maria de Bleda. The Torres Bodega is on the route, 'Carretera del Vi'. You can enjoy a glass of wine sitting in the garden, surrounded by the Torres vineyards. Truly a beautiful, relaxing way to nearly end the hike.
    Si te apetece una agradable excursión por los viñedos de Vilafranca que termine en la Bodega Torres, ¡esta es para ti! Esta ruta te llevará por muchos lugares interesantes, como la Ermita de Sant Pau, con sus seiscientos años de historia, enclavada en la montaña de Sant Pau, uno de los lugares más antiguos de Vilafranca. También pasaremos por la cautivadora Torre de les Aigues, que data de 1923, y visitaremos la parte antigua de Pacs del Penedès, la Plaza Mayor, de origen medieval. Pacs del Penedès se encuentra a las afueras de Vilafranca y es conocido por sus viñedos. También veremos las hermosas iglesias de Sant Genis y la Ermita de Santa María de Bleda. La Bodega Torres está en la ruta de la Carretera del Vi. Podrás disfrutar de una copa de vino sentado en el jardín, rodeado de los viñedos de Torres. Sin duda, una forma preciosa y relajante de casi terminar la excursión.
