What is the plan?
We'll run together by the sea. We chat as we go. Fast or slow, you choose your pace. We have group leaders who make sure no one gets lost. After the run, we eat brunch together to recharge energy.

Who Can Join
Everyone is welcome. You can run fast. You can run slow. This is about having fun and meeting people.
