For many of us, boundaries feel like ultimatums or they feel impossible to hold. This workshop explores how to communicate and hold boundaries without guilt, confusion, or social overload. You’ll look at what drains you, what’s yours to carry, and how to say no without unraveling.
You’ll leave with:
Language to set boundaries with clarity, ways to sense your limits before burnout, and permission to protect your energy without apology.
