Join us this Sunday for a shared morning yoga practice designed to help you reset your mind, move your body, and begin the week with clarity and ease.

This session is inspired by traditional yoga and guided through a dynamic yet grounded Hatha flow. We explore some of yoga’s most powerful tools asana (postures), conscious breathing, and short moments of meditation, gently woven together with music and a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
The practice is accessible to all levels and created as a collective experience: we move together, breathe together, slow down, and create space before the new week begins.

🌞 Special location this Sunday
Taking advantage of the beautiful sunny weather, this Sunday, March 15, the class will take place outdoors in Parque Eduardo VII, one of Lisbon’s most iconic green spaces. Practicing with open sky, fresh air, and the city views around us makes the experience even more special.

Bring a yoga mat or towel, comfortable clothes, and water.
A friendly group usually attends, making it easy to meet new people, share the practice, and build community.

Many people come alone and leave with new connections.
