Carbonic Maceration
Detalles
Every November the wine world is divided between those who celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau and those who pretend not to care.
At Madrid & Darracott we prefer to toast and take advantage of the excuse: a tasting dedicated to carbonic maceration, that technique that turns fruit into pure celebration.
On the same day that the famous Beaujolais is released, we will also taste the Spanish pioneer, Fariña, and other wines that show how this way of winemaking is much more than a passing fad.
Fun, fresh and colorful: a tasting to enjoy what reaches the glass first.
