Join us for an in-person Surya Kriya workshop in English in Barcelona, organised by the Isha Foundation and its volunteers.

“Surya” means Sun and “Kriya” means an inner energy process. Surya Kriya activates the solar plexus to raise samat prana, or solar heat, in the system. It also balances the left and right energy channels, leading to stability in the body and stillness of the mind. These strong foundations become the basis for exploring the higher dimensions of life.

Traditionally available only to select groups of yogis, Sadhguru now offers Surya Kriya as a complete spiritual practice, ideally suited to the fast-paced rhythm of the modern world.
