Who holds this space?
I'm a holistic practitioner with a background in Psychology (graduation + master's degree), a certified breathwork instructor, and a trauma-informed Life Force Kundalini Activation facilitator. My work is rooted in science and soul — held with warmth, safety, and deep respect for every individual journey.

In this session, we create a safe space for this energy to move freely, releasing what no longer serves you (whether that’s old emotions, blockages, or limiting beliefs), and aligning heart, mind, and spirit so you can live a life full of abundance, authenticity, purpose and joy.What's included:
- Breathwork: active & intentional breathing exercise, guided by carefully curated music to support you on your journey and help you shed the old.
- Life Force Kundalini Activation: a loud and immersive musical journey that, together with the energetic activation, will guide you on a deep dive inwards. A powerful somatic experience that will move stagnant energy, regulating the nervous system, and helping to reconnect with your truest essence. All you need to do is lie down and surrender to the energy. Your body's intelligence does the rest. You may experience tingling sensations, emotional release, spontaneous movement, profound insights, or moments of deep relaxation and stillness. Everything is welcome.
(If you have any back issues that would prevent you from lying down for an hour on the yoga mat, please let me know beforehand). - Journaling & Integration: a short therapeutic writing practice to anchor the insights, visions, and clarity received during your journey. Turn your "aha" moments into lasting transformation.
- Sharing Circle: a heart-centered space to close the container, connect and reflect.
