This is an invitation to slow down, breathe and simply be.

We’ll gather by the ocean for an evening of presence and heartfelt connection. Together, we’ll share a gentle heart-opening cacao, a grounding breathwork meditation to calm the nervous system, and a space to relax, connect and enjoy the sunset together.
