Long, steady coastal run for anyone training for a half marathon or building endurance.
We start from Playa Honda and follow a scenic, mostly flat route along the coast. The focus is distance, not speed — steady pace, relaxed vibes, and regrouping if needed.

  • Pace: ~5:40–6:00 min/km
  • Terrain: flat coastal path
  • Water stops planned
