Laura Aunión and Ana Maria Benedetti, ​Junior Analysts at Santander Global Tech! 🔥

Hello! We are Ana and Laura, both junior analysts in Santander Bank.
We started our career by joining the Tech Up Program, a project that is aimed at professionals who are at the beginning of their tech careers, who are able to function in an international environment, and who have a marked technological profile. 💻
The program takes 50 candidates and places them into different teams for 6 months. They then rotate to a different project for another 6 months to gain experience in other areas related to tech. There are projects in Cybersecurity, Software development, and Cloud among others. 💥

We will tell you about our work methodology and our experience at Santander Bank. 👀Nowadays, we’ve incorporated new skills into our skillset and have had the opportunity of working in different areas. We face the future with that thirst for innovation, eager to take on exciting projects, and always to learn new things. 🎤
