Agile Management - The three headed role

Scrum by the book says that the scrum master and product owner roles taken on by the same person is wrong...what if the same person is also a team manager...is that evil??

We don't think that this type of combination, or that of a similar one, is uncommon these days and so we want to discuss this further and share our approach with the Agile community.

We have organised an event for this on the 15th December 2015 from 19:00 to 21:00 at the Comet Global Consulting headquarters at the @22 building. This event will be limited to a maximum of 20 attendees so please confirm attendance early to avoid disappointment!

The general mechanics of this event will be a talk combined with activities, where we can meet to share knowledge and experiences and have fun in an interactive learning environment. It goes without saying that light refreshments and snacks will be supplied by Comet in order to keep us energised throughout.
