This International Women’s Day, we’re bringing Sex & the City energy with a holistic twist celebrating women exactly as they are, unapologetically themselves.

What’s happening:

• Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with your choice of Ceremonial Cacao or Nosecco
• We will do work around Mindset & Confidence
• Expect some gentle movement (no mats required)
• Specific time for Manifestation & Intention Setting
• Real conversations about life, challenges, ambition and balance
• Plus, there will be beautiful pop-up stalls & goodie-bags

Expect to laugh, to learn, to make connections and to just feel good.
This event is for ALL WOMEN. Whether you are building a business, are in college, you’re raising a family, you’re retired, you are going through some health issues, journeying through menopause, you are pregnant, you’re changing life direction, or you are simply looking for a night out that actually fills your cup, this evening is for you.
