Lynchburg REIA is to develop, support and promote local real estate investing through networking, education, leadership. We promote professionalism, ethics, and standards of excellence in our industry.
We seek to provide: A forum for marketing investment properties and related products or services. Provide encouragement, moral support and collective experience to those in need. Guidance to creating multiple streams of income. Have a multiple disciplines represented, including but not limited to: Investors, agents, contractors, PMLs, financial advisors, attorneys , architects, and mortgage advisors/lenders.
We have weekly breakfast meetings at 7:30am at the Panera Bread on Old Forrest Road.
We also do one monthly meeting at Ledo Pizza the second Monday of every month at 6pm.

How to find the group
The group meets in the meeting rooms that are to the right as you walk in the door. If you can't find us please ask a member of the excellent staff and they can direct you to our location. Sometimes we get both of the two adjoining rooms but other times we only get one depending on group turn out.
