Free, open-level movement gathering. Think of a midline between playing and exercising, that's our marker. For July, we're focusing on stability: shoulder, hips, wrists, knees, and ankles.

**I'll try to arrive between 10:00 and 10:20, so feel free to come in sooner. Also! Mind the heat: bring some water, sugar, or whatever you might need :)
