About the event:
In turbulent times there is nothing more important for company leaders than communicating and being in contact with their customers and employees.

Professor and organizational psychologist Bob Sutton said, “In a crisis, give people as much predictability as possible".

Although it's easier to say it than to actually do it, it's a critical aspect when you're running a global and blitz scaling company. The way you approach customers and develop product might change. It's high likely your strategy is not going to be exactly the same as it was before.

All these things are crucial to keep the company aligned and focus on the objetives and outcomes that matters, without losing the customer perspective.

In this occasion, we will be digging into all of these topic from the perspective of a CPO of a worldwide blitz scaling bank company. We will be hosting Georgie Smallwood - CPO of N26

About Georgie:
Georgie is the Chief Product Officer at N26. In her role she leads the global Product and Design businesses, responsible for direction, strategy, and delivery.

With over 12 years experience in global digital and software companies such as Xero, News Ltd and Scout24, her leadership, strategic thinking and operational effectiveness has benefited from her breadth of experience. Leading large teams in multiple locations, Georgie leans into the challenges of scaling global businesses and believes that growth and change are always successful when done with high levels of communication (verbal and non verbal) and respect throughout an organisation.
