FREE weekend workout in Retiro park
About the workout:
- It's gonna be in English
- there will be individual exercises, some also in pairs and in groups, be ready to meet new people
- structure: around 1h, with proper warm-up and cool-down in the end
- focus on improving your endurance, strength, speed, balance, mobility, reaction, burn fat, build muscle
- work with most muscle groups - legs, booty, abs, core, arms, shoulders, back, and of course - heart
- most exercises will be with your bodyweight or help of others, come with your sports outfit, water bottle, positive mindset and you're ready to go!
- we do the workout no matter the weather, even if strong wind, rain or storm, no excuses!
- workout dresscode: comfortable, yet stylish :)
All you need to know:
- we start the workout at 10:00 sharp! If you're coming first time, come 15min before to get to know everyone, hear main rules, share your past sports experience and limitations/injuries to be safe. Coach will give advice on how to modify/do differently some exercises, but still make sure you're healthy and consult your doctor in case of any serious injury!
- we meet in Madrid, Retiro park, next to Fountain of the Fallen Angel (Fuente del Ángel Caído)

- Participation in the first workout is for free in this group, from second time participation fee is 5 EUR per workout (or for regular members - a monthly membership fee of 30 EUR, for 2 workouts every week).
