Playing some games at the Play Planet boardgame café ^_^

Please pay attention that this event starts at 6pm, not 5.30pm as usual. You could come earlier if you want and hope that there will be other early birds from meetup as well so you could start playing, but organizer (Anastasiia) will be there starting from 6pm.

There will be a list of registered participants on the counter where you have to cross yourself out.

Open to everyone regardless of experience. Leave a comment in the forum if you want to pre-plan a specific game with others.

Important to know:

• We speak English, but it is pretty international.
• Play Planet needs to be able to buy games and pay for electricity, so they take a €3 deposit when you arrive. This goes towards drinks/food; meaning that when you buy something, that €3 is taken off. You can also just order food/drinks straight away ;-)
• They serve both good food and delicious drinks we can recommend trying it ;-)
• When it isn't too busy, staff can explain the games, but when it is busy and you borrow a game you don't know, you may need to read the rules yourself. Most of the games to borrow have rules only in Spanish.
• On arrival, please go to the counter, and check yourself off on the list there. That will ensure that you aren't marked as a no-show...
• The reservation for the tables is 17:45h - 18:30h. Please sign up if you can commit to arriving on time. We usually reserve 4 - 5 tables for our Meetups and release tables that are not filled after 18:30h back to Play Planet for their own walk-in customers.
• So if you sign up but arrive after 18:30h, please do not expect to still have a seat as the store might have their own customers occupying other tables.
• You can stay and play till they close at 23h, and we might even go for a drink afterwards.
• After three no-shows you might find yourself on the waitlist next time you sign up, so please verify you're still on the 'going' list.
• Please do not turn up before 18:30h if you didn't sign up or are on the waitlist.

We often go for a drink nearby after the meet-up, so feel free to join us for that.
