Classic mat Pilates is the basis and mother of all other Pilates forms and classes. It includes full body and bodyweight only exercises on your mat. The exercises have options for all levels of Pilates knowledge and overall fitness - so you can make it as hard or advanced as you want to but are also welcome to start your journey on beginner level. The class takes around 50 minutes with warm up & stretch included. All you need is a mat or a towel to place on the grass by the beach and let the rest be up to me to guide you!
