🗻 Hike that has everything you need!
Summer is near, which means it's time to start hiking closer and closer to the Pyrenees.

This time we are going to an amazing place! We will meet many castles on the way, climb to the very top, from where a view of all the Pyrenees opens! And at the end of our journey we will reach an incredibly beautiful waterfall, which few of Barcelona citizens have seen. On the way there will be many old houses, and cows, sheeps, horses. An amazing route to forget about the noisy city for a day and enjoy nature.

MEETING POINT

👋 At 08:20 Next to machines Renfe in Sagrera station🐘 (In what's up will send you the pict when I arrive there:).
🚆At 08:45 we take a train.
or
👋 Outside of the Sant Quirze de Besora station at 10:23.📍
⌚ Please do not be late.
⬅️Return - From Sant Quirze around 17-18 hours .There is a train every hour.
🎫 Everyone will get there own round trip ticket.Price of the ticket: 4,60 one way.Or use 3 months train ticket for 10 euros:)

ROUTE
🚶 We will start at Sant Quirze station.
⛰️ The route is 15 km,it is around 5,5 hours in total walking
💪difficulty : middle level 🐘 🐘🐘
⬆️elevation: 650 m (there will be two little steep climbs at the beginning and in the middle)
🍔 We will eat along the way and end up in Sant Quirze having a drink before we leave🧋

🐘If you love mountains, you probably saw or at least heard about this beauty. Two sharp peaks, towering over the whole of Catalonia, approaching which even an avid hiker takes his breath way... We have been there many times and for half a year have dreamed of showing you perhaps the most beautiful peak of Catalonia - Pedraforca.

🐘You do not need a lot of words, just look at the photos. We will begin our ascent in a dense coniferous forest, where the air is simply ringing from its purity, we will walk along the sharp cliffs and at the end of the road we will arrive to the pass, from where the ascent to the summit begins.

🐘This time we are doing circular route starting and finishing in Saldes ,getting till ¨el cuello¨ to go to the other side of the mountain ,where 360 degree view will be open for us!!! Here we will rest before going dawn...

🐘This is definitely a track which you should not miss! If you are not afraid of difficulties, and the spirit of travel burns your soul, then we invite you to Pedraforca this Sunday! This mountain still did not leave anyone indifferent!!!

☕10.30 arriving to our destination ,having a breakfast before start.(30 min)·
🚶11:00 We start our hike.
· 🥪14:30 Lunch time on the hiking route.
· 🚶17:00 We will finish our hike
·🏰 17: 30 Arriving to Saldes.
☕Having a coffee before leaving ,sharing with the group 😊
🚌 18:00 Going to the cars
· 20:00 maximum we will arrive to Barcelona.

🌋 Beautiful route that starts from Portbou,the city on the border of Spanish and French territory ,that passes incredible views of the Lighthouse and Cervera French city.On the way we can contemplate virgin calas and incredible wild nature and species that can be found here!

🗻Incredible trip for weekend in May! Mamut hiking will do a trip ,where we will sleep in abandoned village under 1000 stars ,hiking and kayaking till the Chinese wall!And we do not have to go to China! it will be right here in Huesca!

So,let us tell you the plan!

🛶 First day

From the river Noguera-Ribagorçana we will be going with kayaks along the canyon ,passing mountain range of Montsec and finally getting to little known Chinese Great Wall of Finestres!

4h in kayak+30 min walking till village. Here after resting and having done making all our pictures we will be hiking till the abandoned village, Finestras ,it has the nostalgic aura and a certain beauty that the unpopulated enclaves transmit.

Here we will put our tents and will be observing the stars!A romantic touch of wildness will be waiting for us!

🌳 Second day

We will be hiking in Montsec,passing through incredible views of the Sabinós ravine to the Roques de la Villa. The view is really spectacular from the bottom, sometimes flooded with water. Once up there, once again the views are unbeatable!

we offer 2 options of hike, you can choose:

1. Total distance 17km climb about 700km
2. Total distance 12km climb 490m
You can leave tent and sleeping bag before start the hike (we organise pick up service by boat).

For those who did not see yet famous " Pasarellas"you can admire them today.Also it will be a great day for swimming!

in the evening we will be back to Ager.
