Welcome to the Acrobatic Dance Barcelona group!
Join us for AcroDance and flexibility classes in a fun, supportive, and energizing environment.

🌟The goal? To help you improve your technique, build self-confidence, explore new movements, step out of your comfort zone, and connect with others who share your passion for movement.

This group is open to dancers of all levels (beginner to advanced), curious acrobats, or anyone who wants to increase their flexibility, mobility, and body expression.

We’ll be learning a choreography that includes a rich blend of acrobatic elements.
Each acrobatic move will be taught step by step, with variations for different levels.
At the end of the class, a professional videographer will film the choreography (participation is optional).
Feel free to bring knee pads for extra comfort during the learning process

Dress code : Brown & chair + wet Hair ( for the final video )
