Join us for a day of rest and relaxation with Teaching Monk Choo 🙏 Enjoy gentle stretching, meditation & wisdom talks, a special sound bath with Ashley and like minded community 💙

8:30-9am: Gentle Stretching with Maryella
9-11am: Meditation & Wisdom with Monk Choo
11-1pm: Offsite lunch break
\*\*please note that lunch is not provided and you are welcome to enjoy nearby options/bring your own lunch
1-2pm: Sound Bath with Ashley
2-3:30pm: Meditation & Wisdom with Monk Choo
