This class is designed to guide you into a meditative state of deep relaxation, balancing your body and mind through long-held Yin postures. Yin yoga is a therapeutic practice that helps us to release energetic blockages. Come as you are, and give yourself the gift of slowing down.

Our cozy studio is fully equiped with mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters and belts for you to use during the practice. We practice in small groups so everyone will get personalized attention.

The studio is in the therapeutic center Chiara Leoni. It's a 5min walk from Metro Entença or a 10min walk from Sants Estación.

My name is Lizzy, I'm a passionate yoga practicioner and teacher, eager to share the magic of yoga. Ever since yoga came into my life, it has helped me transform, heal and grow in many ways. With dedication and joy I will guide you through classes that are both dynamic and introspective.
