Because productivity hits a ceiling without recovery, this is your weekly reset to:

- Challenge your body while listening to it
- Create mental space and clarity
- Regulate your nervous system for better performance

Let yourself surprise by a flow of combined breathing, yoga and meditation.

What you need to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Blocks (Optional but recommended)
- Straps (Optional but recommended - a long towel works too)
- Water bottle for the end of the session
