Level 1 is a foundational, beginner-friendly training, ideal for those new to crystal singing bowls or wishing to deepen their personal meditation and self-healing practice.
This day is about learning to play with confidence, presence, and intention, while understanding how sound gently supports balance and regulation.

In Level 1 you will explore:

🌿 Creating simple, nourishing sound baths
