(Roquetes, Tarragona)

During the Christmas holidays I’ll be in Tarragona (I live in Amsteerdam) and I’m opening a gentle space in nature for those who feel called to ground and reconnect after the festive days.
We’ll start with a short sharing and intention setting, take the optional microdosing, and then move into a silent walk with mindfulness pauses and meditation.

We’ll close with a sharing circle, and afterwards you’re welcome to join an optional potluck lunch if you’d like to stay a bit longer.
