Start your perfect morning with the dynamic and harmonious combination of Hatha yoga and Pilates, known as Yogalates.

Please note: it is advisable not to eat for at least 90 minutes before commencing yogalates practice.

A 60-min class intelligently combines core-stabilising mat Pilates with traditional, heart-opening Hatha yoga practices to sculpt your body, build strength, enhance flexibility and calm the mind. During the class we are connecting breath and movements in a way that will leave you feeling strong, energised and ready for the beautiful day.

Bring your own mat, a big beach towel (to place under the mat to keep it clean), and a yoga brick or small cushion for meditation (if you have it). Yoga mats and bricks can be provided.

Class booking is required. The cancellation policy is 12 hours before the class for a full refund.
