A tech meetup without masks — Part 2

📍 Bar Grifo Perita, Fuengirola — craft beer, zero tourists, 100% of Costa del Sol's tech scene somehow ends up here on any given Wednesday. 📅 April the 1st · 19:30–22:00 👥 30 spots. Registration required.

Part 1 was fire.
30 strangers walked into a bar. Nobody asked "so what's your stack?" Nobody pitched. People actually talked — like humans, not LinkedIn profiles. Some said it was the best meetup they've been to in years. We think they were just sober enough to mean it.
So we're doing it again. Bigger. Better. With masterclasses.

How it works.
First half — the format you loved (or will love). Groups of 3. Cards with questions that skip the small talk. Rotate. Go deeper. No job titles allowed. Same rules, same energy.

Second half — two 45-min masterclasses running in parallel. Pick one:
🧠 Gabil — "Why the best teams are built on vulnerability, not skills" Org psychology you can actually use Monday morning. 15 min theory, 30 min practice. You'll leave knowing how to read a room before the room reads you.
🔥 Artyom — "How to build a space where strangers become collaborators in one evening" A decade of community building, compressed into one exercise. Philosophy meets street smarts. You'll practice it on each other — live.

Then everyone reunites. Volunteers get 2 minutes to share what clicked. And we close with one final round of cards — this time the uncomfortable ones. The kind that make you laugh nervously and then say something real.

What's new: → Masterclasses (because connection is great, but connection + skills = unfair advantage) → A bot for newcomers — so you're warmed up before you walk in → Grifo Perrita (because a meetup at the unofficial IT embassy of Fuengirola just hits different)
