Speaker: Miguel

Miguel is a local who has been with amounts of people in many countries. He will be leading the session and is a social researcher who works in personal development, facilitating spaces where people can understand themselves, their patterns, improve communication, and build more authentic connections with others🤹‍♀️🤹‍♂️.

Structure of the event

We’ll start with a short talk (15–20 minutes), followed by an open guided discussion where participants can share and reflect on their experiences:
