SENDERISMO Y KAYAK EN GREDOS // KAYAKING & TREKKING IN "GREDOS"

Este Domingo volvemos a hacer senderismo + kayak en la sierra de Gredos. En concreto iremos a la reserva natural de valle de Iruelas donde se encuentra el embalse de Burguillo. Por la mañana haremos la ascensión hasta el Pozo de las Nieves en el corazón del valle por caminos de grandes árboles Castaños. En una ascensión suave de 7,5 km. para después dar la vuelta por el mismo camino hasta el mismo punto de partida.

– Distancia total: 12 Km.
– Desnivel total: 300m
– Dificultad: Fácil.

Después de comer, por la tarde, nos bañaremos y haremos una ruta en kayak por el embalse de Burguillo visitando la isla del "Tio Faustino" donde tendremos la playa de la isla para nosotros solos!! ;-).

Precio 26 € - Incluyendo:

Importante llevar:

• Botas o zapatillas de trekking
• Bañador y toalla de playa.
• Calzado de agua (mejor "calzado cerrado" que chanclas).
• Gorra
• Crema y Gafas de sol.
• Ropa de senderismo
• Mochila pequeña( 10-20 litros) para llevar comida y agua en las rutas.
• Buena energía y ganas de pasarlo bien!! ;-)

** IMPORTANTE para confirmar la asistencia, alquilar los kayaks y ver el numero de coches es necesario que os apuntéis en el grupo de whatsapp y hagáis la reserva por Bizum.

Hello!! This Sunday we will go hiking and kayaking in the Sierra de Gredos. Specifically, we will go to the natural reserve of Valle de Iruelas where the Burguillo reservoir is located. In the morning we will make the ascent to the viewpoint of "Pozo nevado" in a gentle ascent of 7.5 km. Then we´ll go back by the same way, descending another 7.5km to the same starting point.

After lunch, in the afternoon, we will bathe and we will make a kayak route through the Burguillo reservoir visiting the island of "Tio Faustino" where we will have the beach of the island for just to ourselves!

Important to bring:

• Trekking boots or shoes
• Swimsuit and beach towel.
• Water shoes (better "closed footwear" than flip flops).
• Cap
• Cream and sunglasses.
• Hiking clothes
• Small backpack (10-20 liters) to carry food and water on the routes.
