Hiking in the Swiss Alps around Interlaken (flexible dates)

I'll be staying in Interlaken, Switzerland between July 14 and 28, and I'm planning to do hikes in the surrounding mountains. This area is home to some of the most spectacular scenery in the Alps, and many trails are accessible by public transport.
