Expect the Unexpected: Fuirosos – Montnegre – Ruta dels Turons – Sant Pol de Mar

To explore more places around Barcelona, I’ve started a series of events called Expect the Unexpected. These are hikes that I haven’t done before, although I’ve done research in advance. Despite my best efforts to plan, we may need to improvise, so expect the unexpected.

This event is open to people who have been on hikes with our group before. I will move people from the waitlist to the list of attendees. Please only sign up if you plan to go, and change your status if you need to cancel.

⚠️ This will be a long and difficult hike. We will walk at a quick pace.

Please bring food and plenty of water. The weather will be warm, and there won't be anywhere to get water along the way.

We'll hike along a stream called Riera de Fuirosos, following part of the GR-83. After passing over Montnegre, we'll descend toward Sant Pol de Mar along the Ruta dels Turons. In Sant Pol de Mar we can get drinks on the beach and maybe even go swimming.
