Windows Docker Containers for full-stack .NET developers

Summary: Docker containers for Windows are already here, this is a key technology that will impact our development workflow, our continuous integration and of course how we deploy and run production servers. Finally as .NET+JS developers we can have fun with Docker and this is awesome!

At Lodgify we are early adopters and we've already started to introduce Windows Containers in our .NET and JS development workflow and we're pleased to share our experience with the community.
