Are you interested in meditation, but not quite sure where to begin? Let the journey of self-discovery start with a "beginner's mind." Join us for a meditation session designed for those who are curious about meditation, eager to overcome the challenges of sustaining a practice, and ready to embark on a path of mindfulness. In this session, we will explore how our practice can be applied in our daily lives when we're "off the cushion" 🕯️
We'll also be meditating together as a group and guidance will be provided.
🕒 Time: Doors open at 7:15, and we start the session promptly at 7:30
📍 Location: We meet in the Wellington Friends Centre at the end of Moncrieff Street, up the steps and in the room to the right.
💻 Unable to join us in person? The session will also be streamed on Zoom, meeting room number 919-527-2569. There's no passcode on the room, but you will need to be signed in with a Zoom account to join the meeting.
