Malagueta Open Water Swim

Hey all,

Welcome to the first swim of the new group!

We'll meet across the road from La Galga cafe at 7:30am and make our way down to the beach.

From there, we'll swim towards La Caleta and back which is roughly 1000m. If there's anyone interested in swimming more, continuing on to the port and back works out to another 1000m. If theres anyone who's not comfortable with 1000m then absolutely no worries! We will structure the swim around the group that is there on the day.

Afterwards, we'll grab a coffee or your drink of choice to warm up before everyone jumps off to work!

What to bring:

• Swimming cap
• Tow float (if you don't have one, no worries, just let me know and I can provide one)
• Goggles
• Wetsuit (optional)
• Towel
