Trobada mensual oberta a tothom – 6 d'Octubre a Calella de Palafrugell Ens fa molta il·lusió convidar-vos, un mes més, a la nostra trobada mensual oberta a persones de totes les edats i d’arreu del món. És un espai informal per fer un cafè plegats, conversar i retrobar-nos. Aquest mes d’octubre ens trobarem a les 11:00 a Les Voltes de Calella, un bar emblemàtic situat a la plaça Port Bo de Calella de Palafrugell.

Per als més matiners, us proposem un matí complet: De 9:00 a 10:00 – Sessió de Hatha Ioga a platja Port Bo. (Gratuït i amb inscripcion prèvia Whatsapp 659209522 Eva www.bocinetdecel.com .) De 10:00 a 11:00 – Bany. A les 11:00 – Ens reunirem al bar Les Voltes de Calella per fer el cafè i xerrar una estona https://www.lesvoltesdecalella.com. No cal inscripció prèvia ni coneixements previs de cap mena: només ganes de compartir. T’hi esperem!

Monthly Gathering Open to Everyone – October in Calella de Palafrugell We’re very happy to invite you once again to our monthly gathering, open to people of all ages and from all around the world. It’s an informal space to have a coffee together, chat, and reconnect. This month, we’ll meet on Monday, October 6th at 11:00 AM at Les Voltes de Calella, a charming bar located in Plaça Port Bo in Calella de Palafrugell.

For early birds, we have a full morning planned: 9:00–10:00 AM – Hatha Yoga session at Port Bo beach. (Free, with prior registration via WhatsApp at +34 659 209 522 – Eva www.bocinetdecel.com .) 10:00–11:00 AM – Time for a swim. 11:00 AM – Coffee and conversation at Les Voltes de Calella: https://www.lesvoltesdecalella.com No registration or previous experience needed – just the desire to share and connect.
