🌞 108 Sun Salutations Ritual🌞

Let's meet on June 21, 2024 at 6:30 AM, sunrise time in Cala nova.

Embrace the energy of the longest day of the year with a rejuvenating and empowering practice. We will come together to perform 108 Sun Salutations, a traditional practice symbolizing renewal, gratitude, and strength.

How will it work?

I will just hold the space for you to have your own personal practice, (and I will practice with you as well.😍)

When everyone finishes, we will stay in meditation and enjoy the first hours of the sun.

Feel free to bring breakfast or we can also go for a coffee together.

This event is donation-based, to gather together as yogui community.
