Stoic Week 2025: October 27th to November 2nd

This week, we’re doing something special! We’ll be introducing Stoic Week 2025, a global online experiment run by the Modern Stoicism organization. Participants are invited to live like a Stoic for seven days—using simple daily reflections and exercises designed to improve well-being, resilience, and peace of mind.

Stoic Week consists of seven chapters, one for each day of the week. It offers you the chance to join thousands of other participants around the world as they learn to apply Stoic concepts and techniques in their daily lives.
