Danielle and Brittany are RiseUp Alumni who have recently completed a intense 16 week program which included many courses across the ServiceNow platform.
For a final project, they built an awesome application and are excited to share what they created.

Danielle Stone:
A RiseUp with ServiceNow graduate and emerging ServiceNow Administrator & Developer passionate about streamlining processes, solving problems, and empowering teams through technology.

Before transitioning into tech, I built a strong foundation in roles like Executive Assistant and Office Manager, mastering organization, communication, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Those same strengths now guide how I design and deliver ServiceNow solutions that are both efficient and people-focused.

Through the RiseUp program, I gained hands-on experience in ServiceNow Administration, ITSM, Flow Designer, and Application Development, including creating scoped apps, automating workflows, and enhancing user experiences. I love turning complex processes into clear, functional, and impactful solutions that make work — flow better.

I’m excited to continue growing as a ServiceNow Administrator, Developer, or Technical Project Manager and to collaborate with others driving digital transformation across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Brittany (Buckman) Haley:
As a Navy Veteran and RiseUp Alumna, I bring a disciplined, service-driven approach to IT systems administration and business analysis. My experience spans enterprise and service environments, where I’ve supported cross-functional teams by managing ServiceNow workflows, ITSM processes, and knowledge base documentation to improve efficiency and reduce ticket volume.

At Dow, I streamlined CIO team operations by consolidating multiple datasets into a unified Power Query solution, improving data accuracy and saving time. I’ve also monitored multi-million-dollar software license usage, ensuring compliance and cost-effective utilization. With technical proficiency in ServiceNow, SQL, Python, and data analysis, I specialize in translating business requirements into technical solutions that optimize performance and support organizational goals.

I thrive in roles where I can combine problem-solving, systems governance, and team collaboration to drive measurable results. Whether supporting end-users, managing compliance, or improving processes, I approach challenges with precision, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
