Mindfulness teaches us to let feelings and thoughts arise and let them go. A person can approach these feelings from a non-judgmental, clear, and calmer state of mind. Mindfulness helps a person sit with their feelings, bodily sensations, and thoughts so that they can take note of what they are. This practice begins with mindfulness of our food, breath and our steps and goes beyond.
I specialize in YIN & Mindful Meditation practices. I am also a Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and Emotional Intelligence (EI) Practitioner.
