Swan Mindful Walkers Invites you to a unique roaming walking event designed for those seeking adventure and mindfulness in nature Join us while Escaping life's pressures, breathing in the fresh air and embracing the beauty that surrounds us.

Join us every Thursday at a NEW LOCATION for a serene walk amidst picturesque surroundings.

Our events span up to 10km, lasting approximately 3hours, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature while cultivating new friendships along the way. We end our journey with a coffee and chat, a great way to connect and relax after a walk.

\*Don't forget to bring a bottle of water and suitable weather protection for your comfort.

This is a free event, offering you the chance to unwind and connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for nature's wonders.
After our walk, we gather for a cuppa at a nearby café, extending the warmth of our community beyond the trails.
Come and experience the joy of mindful walking with us—where every step is a moment of peace, and every path leads to new friendships.

Have you ever thought about sparking your own social gathering or group?

Maybe you’ve dreamed of hosting a casual BBQ for the neighbours... or perhaps you care deeply about climate action and want to bring like-minded folks together to create change. Whatever your passion, this workshop is designed to help you take the first (or next!) step toward bringing people together in a way that feels right for you.

For the past 12 years, Befriend has been supporting everyday people to start their own inclusive social groups around hobbies, interests, and ideas they care about. We’ve learnt a lot about what makes gatherings welcoming and meaningful, and we’d love to share what we know with you!

### ✨ This is perfect for you if you:

* Feel ready (or just curious!) to bring people together
* Have an idea to spark connection in your community
* Want to explore becoming a Host with the Befriend Social Network

### 🌿 What to expect:

* A conversation about what makes a social group inclusive and welcoming
* Ideas and inspiration for different kinds of gatherings you could start
* A few practical things to consider
* Friendly faces and good chats
* **Information about Hosting with Befriend and the next steps in the process**

* Yourself, just as you are (cameras optional, however you feel comfortable to participate)

Kickstart your Community: The fundamentals of bringing people together  (online)

Are you looking for a supportive space to focus on your mental health recovery?

Do you experience loneliness and feel like you don’t belong?

Do you suffer from social anxiety and really struggle to get yourself into new social environments in order to make friends?

Do you struggle to stick to new positive habits?

Would you like to discover more about yourself and work on your self esteem and self confidence?

Have you spent time in hospital and other clinical environments where you have wished the day programs could be accessed on an ongoing basis because these programs really help you obtain and sustain your recovery focus?

If you’ve answered yes to any of these questions, there is a seat with your name on it at Thrive Tribe.

We are group centred and offer activities tailored to the needs and interests of our current members. From psycho-education, skill development, goal setting and accountability, to creative self discovery and expression, to board games, social activities and low key coffee catch ups - we do the lot.

We have been running almost a year however we are still very much a baby of a group. We are waiting for YOU to join and complete us 😊
