In diesem interaktiven Vortrag werfen wir gemeinsam einen Blick hinter die Kulissen erfolgreicher Verhandlungsführung. In this interactive presentation, we will take a look behind the scenes of successful negotiation. You will learn not only how to be persuasive, but also how to understand the interests of your counterpart and develop viable solutions for both sides. These techniques are also ideal for negotiations within project groups.
