Design is becoming more important across most industries and as a result, many design teams have seen massive growth over the years—but growing up can be hard.

👀 What to expect

With some top speakers from Wallapop, Travelperk and Kiwi we will get into the nitty-gritty of what scaling design teams and processes really look like. The good, the bad, and the ugly.

We’ll cover things like: How have teams managed to scale through a pandemic, moving to fully remote work? How does the hiring process evolve as the team grows? How do you scale culture? And so much more...

Responsible for the product design team of the Transacting Tribe Bea coordinates the product design team across platforms from a design service perspective, taking care of the brand consistency and the design system.

Martin Jancik, *Product Design Manager @ Kiwi.com*
Martin "MJ" Jancik is a design leader currently focused on consumer product design at Kiwi.com–a tech company disrupting the travel industry. He joined the company during the startup era almost five years ago and has been part of a design organization, which grew 10x. He is passionate about building meaningful products - together.

Nicolas Chometowski (Chome), Sr Product Design Manager @ TravelPerk
Passionate about merging design and business. He loves to understand human behaviour, transforming problems and needs into usable, intuitive and user-centred experiences. For the last years, he has been building high-performance UX teams in dynamic and competitive environments.
