Let's cook together! Cooking Class - Arabic dish Makloubeh
Detalles
**just added the ingredients below.
Please join me and my friend cooking for a dinner with friends on a Sunday. Get ready and cook along with us. You can ask questions as we go. I think this is an amazing way to lear how to cook or just learn a new dish.
Makloubeh is an Arabic dish of beef, eggplant and rice full of warm spices and comforting flavors. We also want to make a salad on the side. This dish is sooo delicious that I am salivating as I'm typing this... :D
By the way, I took the picture from the internet just for the general idea of what it looks like.
I will post the list of ingredients and items you will need later. We will chat while we talk and my dear friend Sally will be giving you some overview of different foods and spices.
This will be an amazing evening!
