Join Mindfulness Meditation Sarasota for ONLINE ONLY guided meditation and no-nonsense meditation instruction enabling those who are beginners on the path as well as seasoned practitioners to settle body and mind while exploring the foundational methods of meditation as handed down from a 2500 year old tradition.
