Before Valentine’s Day, we hear a lot about love

Love is often dressed as romance.
But love, in its truest form, was meant to save us,
to make life bearable, meaningful, and real.
When titles, gestures, and relationships collapse, what remains is the core.

This small, intimate gathering is an invitation to pause.
Through storytelling, poetry, and guided reflection.
we’ll explore love as a capacity of the soul:
the kind that allows us to stay present in discomfort,
to grow without forcing,
and to experience love not as possession, but as participation.

We’ll also reflect on gratitude,
on what it means when someone allows us into their life story.

This is not a lecture.
It is not therapy.
It is a calm, thoughtful space for presence, curiosity, and insight.

A small poetic gift will be offered at the end,
