This session is designed to nourish both your body and spirit, giving you that quiet "win" for your well-being before the rest of the world wakes up. Come whether you are a seasoned yogi or have never touched your toes, this flow is beginner-friendly.
🌊 What to Expect:
Gentle Movement: A soft, accessible flow to wake up your muscles and joints.
Soulful Stillness: We will conclude our practice with a short, guided meditation to calm the mind.
Morning Treats: Stay a while after the final "Namaste" for some vegan cookies
Connection: After the session there will be a chance to connect beyond the mats.
