Descripción: After several years working for an ISV, I have faced many different issues that could have been avoided with a better design. Usually we think that we are the only one there, and we architect apps for a happy path scenario. But in reality a customer orgs often have several installed packages, custom code and declarative functionality that may interact with each other. In this talk I will go through 4 common problems related to this, how to avoid them before they happen, and in case you are already facing them, how to solve them.
