Agenda:
1. Introduction to the mission and vision of the Spiritual Initiation Group (5 min)
2. Philosophy Theory Class (35 min): How am i limiting myself? How to avoid self-sabotage of our own limits?
3. Exercise (10 min): We'll go to a comprehensive practice that make us understand the importance being aware of our current limitations.
4. Meditation (40 min): we'll put the focus on the sensorial inmersion with special attention on breathing. Lastly we'll perform a visualization exercise.
